New rules for domestic travel during the running of the bulls were released by the government today, including the advice to passengers to download the Aarogya respective eras application on their mobile devices and asking the states to ensure thermal projection at the point of exit of airports, train stations and bus terminals. The guidelines were shared by the Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, who also shared new rules for international travel. The minister had recently said that international flight operations may begin in mid-June or end of July if the COVID-19 virus “behaves in a predictable way”.
“Prescribed clinical protocol will be followed in the event that any national or international traveller shows symptoms of COVID-19. States can also develop their own protocol for quarantine and isolation as per their own assessment,” Mr Puri said.
The guidelines come a day before the resumption of air travel after almost two months of break following safety interlock to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
The Indian Railways has also published a list of 100 pairs of trains that will operate from 1 June, the start of operation of the popular trains like Durontos, Sampark Krantis, Jan Shatabdis and Poorva Express.
What to do and what should Not be provided along with the tickets to travelers by the agencies concerned, said the Ministry of Health guidelines for domestic travel (air/train/inter-state bus travel).

Travelers are required to give 14 days of quarantine of the company prior to boarding
The states and Union Territories shall ensure that all passengers undergo thermal inspection at the point of starting asymptomatic and only passengers are allowed to board the flight, train or bus. Asymptomatic passengers, however, will be permitted to travel after you give a company to self-monitor for 14 days, the ministry said.
Those who have moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID health centers and managed accordingly, the guidelines said.
Those who have mild symptoms, you will be given the option of home confinement or isolated in the COVID Center of Attention (both in public and private facilities), as applicable and tested as per icmr protocol, he said.
“If it is positive, it will continue in COVID Center of Attention and will be managed as per clinical protocol. If it is negative, the passenger will be able to go home, isolate himself/herself and self-monitor their health for more than 7 days,” the ministry of health, said.
In case, the symptoms develop, you should notify the district surveillance officer or the state or the national call centre (1075), he said.

During the boarding and travel, all passengers must wear covers the face or the masks and also follow the hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and maintain the hygiene of the environment, the ministry said in its guidelines.
In airports, train stations and bus terminals, the necessary measures to ensure the social distancing will be taken, the guidelines said.

Airports, train stations and bus terminals must be regularly treated or disinfected, and the availability of soaps and sanitisers shall be ensured, the ministry of health, said.
The ministry said that the states also may develop their own protocol with respect to quarantine and isolation as for their evaluation.
Guidelines for International Travel
Guidelines for international travel include mandatory of the company to quarrantine for 14 days. “Only for exceptional and compelling reasons, such as the cases of human anxiety, pregnancy, death of a family member, serious illness and the parent(s) accompanied by children under the age of 10 years, according to the evaluation of host countries, home quarantine may be allowed for international travelers for 14 days,” the minister of Civil Aviation, said.
Asymptomatic travellers will be able to board flight/boat
At the time of boarding the flight or ship, only asymptomatic, travelers will be allowed to board after a thermal detection, the health ministry said. Passengers arriving through the land borders also have to undergo the same procedure, he said.
“The self-declaration form in duplicate must be filled out by the person in the flight of the ship and a copy of the same will be given to the Health and immigration officials present at the airport/seaport/landport. The form will be available through the Aarogya respective eras of the application,” the new order, he said.
Passengers found to be symptomatic during the investigation will be immediately isolated and taken to the medical center as per health protocol. “These passengers will remain under institutional quarrantine for a minimum period of 7 days and must undergo the necessary tests as per icmr protocol,” the guidelines said.
Sterilization and disinfection you must within flights
