Chennai Super Kings derailed Royal Challengers Bangalore’s attempt to finish in the top two of the 2020 IPL points table, dishing out an eight-wicket beating on Sunday. The CSK, languishing at the bottom of the IPL points table, put on a brilliant all-round display to finally clinch a victory after three straight losses. For RCB it was a tough pill to swallow, as a win would have brought them to the top of the table. Former India starter Virender Sehwag was not very impressed with RCB’s batting display at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, saying “his hitting was in a coma. I even took a hard nap in the middle.”

Despite Sehwag’s funny video, his analysis was pretty straightforward. After losing Devdutt Padikkal in the seventh second, much was expected of the duo of Kohli and AB de Villiers, but the duo RCB never got going.
