Kohli recently, while speaking to Indian starter Mayank Agarwal on the latest episode of ‘Open Nets with Mayank’, praised Anushka for changing him as a person forever. The 31-year-old further stated that he is very “grateful and blessed” to have a life partner like Anushka.
“I give her all the credit for making me see different sides of things and I am very grateful that she is my life partner. Because they learn from each other. I was a very close person, before I was not a very practical person.”, Kohli said.
“So when you see another person and you know that your life partner has a different perspective on things. You are invariably challenged to see another point of view, said the Indian captain during the candid conversation with Mayank.”
“So that was something that completely changed my mind and haunted me as a person completely.”
In another interview from 2018, Virat also opened up about having and building her family. She had said that whenever she has children, she wants to give them all her time. “I have a life. I have a family. I will have children. They deserve all my time. That is something that is very, very clear and very close to my heart. I don’t want any part of my career to be reflected in my home.” . I don’t want part of my trophies, my achievements, nothing in my house when our children are growing up, “Virat had said.
