UPSC Results 2020 Declared, Here Is The List Of Candidates Who Passed The Civil Services Preliminary Exam – Education


The Union Public Utilities Commission (UPSC) declared the results of the preliminary examination of civil services on Friday, an official statement said.

The results of the exam conducted on October 4 can be viewed on the UPSC website: www.upsc.gov.in.

The civil service examination is conducted annually by the UPSC in three stages: Preliminary, Principal and Interview, to select officers from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS), among others.

All successful candidates have been asked to apply again on Detailed Application Form I (DAF-I) for the 2020 Civil Services (Main) Exam, the UPSC said in a statement.

The form is available at https://upsconline.nic.in from October 28 to November 11 until 6:00 pm Important instructions for completing the DAF-I and submitting it will also be available on the website, he said. The 2020 civil services (main) exam is scheduled to take place beginning January 8, 2021, he added.

The electronic admission card along with the schedule for said exam will be uploaded to the commission’s website for eligible candidates about three to four weeks before the start of the exam, according to the UPSC statement.

Changes, if any, to the postal address, email address or mobile phone number after the DAF-I submission can be communicated to the commission immediately, it said.

Candidates are also informed that the grades, cut-off marks and answer keys of the selection test carried out through the preliminary examination of the public administration, 2020 will be uploaded on the website of the commission, https: // upsc.gov.in, only after the declaration of the final result, he added.
