Beginning September 1, individuals will no longer need to obtain electronic passes or register their details on government websites to travel anywhere within the country, rules issued by the Union Ministry of the Interior as part of the Unlock 4 status. .

Under the new guidelines, aimed at initiating more activities outside of containment zones amid the coronavirus pandemic, there will be no restrictions on interstate or interdistrict movement of people and goods.
