Aside from being arrested under FIR 59, the FIR conspiracy where the UAPA counter-terrorism law has been invoked, Khalid was arrested under FIR 101 on October 1. This is the second case recorded against him for the February 2020 Delhi community violence. While FIR 59 analyzes the large-scale conspiracy, FIR 101 analyzes the violence that occurred in the Khajuri Khas area in the northeast from Delhi. The case was registered on February 25, 2020 and is being investigated by the Crime Branch.
