Coronavirus cases: In India, more than 14,000 have been contacted with coronavirus, more than 400 have died.

New Delhi:
The government has released a comprehensive list of services that will remain functional across the country from April 20, amid the blockade to combat the coronavirus. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, by posting the list on Twitter, has made it clear that this will not apply in containment areas.
The government has presented guidelines for the revival of industrial and commercial activities after Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended the closure to control the spread of the coronavirus in the country until May 3.
The following are the services that will remain open from April 20:
- All health services (including AYUSH)
- All agricultural and horticultural activities.
- Aquaculture (marine / continental) fishing industry operations
- Plantation activities, such as tea, coffee, and rubber plantations, will remain functional with up to 50 percent of workers
- Livestock activities
- Financial sector
- Social sector
- MNREGA’s work is allowed with the strict implementation of social distancing and mask
- Public Utilities
- The movement of loading and unloading of goods / state of loading (inter and intra) is allowed
- Online teaching / distance learning should be encouraged
- Supply of essential goods.
- Commercial and private establishments may operate
- Industries / Industrial establishments (both government and private)
- Construction activities
- Private vehicles are permitted for emergency services, including medical and veterinary care and for the purchase of essential products and all personnel traveling to the workplace in exempt categories as instructed by the state authority / local UT.
- Indian government offices and UT state and government offices will remain open

This will NOT be applicable in the containment areas.
