NEW DELHI: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank held a webinar today to address concerns regarding upcoming 2020 board and competitive exams1 via his Twitter and Facebook pages.

While interacting with teachers, parents and students at the upcoming 2021 board and competitive exams, the education minister said the exam dates will be published long before the start of the exams so that students have enough time to prepare.

CBSE Board Exam Dates 2021

Speaking about the dates of the 10th and 12th CBSE 2021 Board Exam, the education minister said that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) would publish the 2021 board exam schedule after taking into consideration the prevailing situation .

The CBSE board generally publishes the annual meeting exam date sheets in November or December, but this year, the board’s exam schedule has not been published as of now. Pokhriyal assured the students that the CBSE 2021 Board exam schedules will be published long before the start of the exams so that students have plenty of time to prepare.

CBSE practical exams will be conducted at students’ respective schools following COVID-19 guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). CBSE 10th and 12th grade students can visit the official website, cbse.nic.in, to view the revised curriculum for board exams.

NEET / JEE 2021 dates

The Ministry of Education will try to keep the NEET and JEE 2021 questions in line with the reduced CBSE curriculum. The education minister said today that they will try to publish the revised program and the exam pattern for the NEET and JEE exams as soon as possible. Students preparing for competitive exams are encouraged to keep checking the National Testing Agency (NTA) website, nta.ac.in, for the latest update on exam dates and schedule.
