CHENNAI: The mortal remains of the legendary playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, who died in a Chennai hospital on Friday, was buried on a farm in Tamaraipakkam in the district of Tiruvallur on Saturday with all the police honors in the presence of his relatives.

SPB, who had been in treatment for Covid-19 at MGM Healthcare since August 5, died at 1.04pm on Friday at the age of 74.
