Telangana allows the opening of movie theaters

Hyderabad: The Telangana government allowed this Monday with immediate effect the reopening of cinemas, theaters and multiplexes with up to 50 percent of their capacity, in areas outside the containment zones.

In the orders issued here by Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar citing the Interior Ministry’s orders on them, it was said that the administration of cinemas, theaters and multiplex cinemas must ensure that all people, including audience, staff, vendors etc, wear masks at all. times; secure hand sanitizers at entry / exit points and common areas; following the measures of physical distancing and crowd management; guarantee the disinfection of the entire premises, especially the common areas after each inspection; and that the temperature setting of all air conditioners is set in the range of 24-30 degrees Celsius.

The order also said that the relative humidity should be in the range of 40-70 percent and that recirculation of air should be avoided and the intake of fresh air should be as much as possible.
