Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta asks people to send messages to Prime Minister Modi: ‘Let’s raise our voices for justice’ – bollywood

While the Central Bureau of Investigation is investigating the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput, his sister Shweta Singh Kirti has asked people to send recorded messages to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as part of the ‘Mann Ki Baat 4 SSR’ initiative. The event will take place on October 14, the fourth anniversary of the actor’s death.

“This seems like a good opportunity to raise our voices for justice and truth # MannKiBaat4SSR We can stand together in this effort and show that the public is waiting for justice. I even want to thank my extended family for always being by our side. Much Love, ”he wrote on social media. He also asked people to record and message PM Modi on the Mann Ki Baat online portal and also to tag PMO and PM on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

An event will also be held in his hometown, Patna, on October 14, where free SSR t-shirts and masks will be distributed. It is unclear if Sushant’s family is part of this. Several of these events have taken place since the actor’s death and Shweta often shares details on his social media.

Sushant’s father had filed a case against the actor’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, in July alleging complicity in the suicide and embezzlement with the Bihar police. The case, which was initially being investigated by the Mumbai police, was later transferred to the CBI by order of the court. Last month, an AIIMS panel set up to investigate whether the actor’s death was suspicious had ruled him a suicide.

However, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh called the report flawed. He stated that the head of the panel, Dr. Sudhir Gupta, had contacted him before. “When the Sushant tragedy happened and we registered the FIR, he [Gupta] just call me. I said ‘I’m not interested in any help, I’m only interested in the truth.’ So I shared some photos taken by Sushant’s sister Meetu on the site, ”said Singh.

He said the doctor’s ‘immediate and spontaneous reaction’ to seeing the photos was that it was ‘200% death by strangulation’. The lawyer said that he subsequently had a conversation with the doctor, who regrets not recording. He said: “I’m not the type of person to record calls, but in hindsight, I should have. But I’m sure that when this comes under closer examination, their lies will be exposed. “
