The late actor Sushant Singh Rajput had a fight with his sisters in November 2019 and had to be admitted to hospital, says the lawyer for the former manager of actor Shruti Modi. According to a report by India Today, lawyer Ashok Saraogi said that Sushant also refused to speak to his father when he was in hospital.
“In November 2019, three of his sisters had come to meet him and were flying back together. But around November 27, there was a big fight that happened at night in the house and the next day the three sisters checked into the Lalit Hotel. Sushant suffered so much from this that he was admitted to the Hinduja Hospital in Khar on December 28. When he was there, his father called one of the staff members to say that he wanted to speak to Sushant, but the actor refused to speak to him. He said that talking to his family has already taken him to the hospital, talking to his father would further deteriorate his condition and he refused to take that call, “he said.
The lawyer also said that Sushant had been using drugs since before entering into a relationship with Rhea Chakraborty and that her family members knew about it. He said the parties were often held at the actor’s residence and attended by one of his sisters. “One of the sisters who lives in Mumbai had attended many parties and is fond of alcohol and has been to many parties where substance abuse was committed,” he said. She didn’t say which of Sushant’s four sisters she was talking about.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14. Sushant’s father filed an FIR against Shruti, Rhea, and their family members, accusing them of complicity in the suicide. The case is currently being investigated by the CBI, the Directorate of Enforcement and the Office of Narcotics Control.

On Sunday, CBI interrogated Rhea for the third day in a row for nine hours. Rhea had previously been questioned by Mumbai police in the case. The Enforcement Directorate also questioned her in a related money laundering case.
