The sisters of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Priyanka and Meetu Singh, have issued a reply to actor Rhea Chakraborty’s response to his request to annul an FIR against him. Rhea, who was dating Sushant at the time of her death, has accused them of illegally obtaining medication for Sushant, days before her death by suicide.
Priyanka and Meetu have said the case against them was based on “a fabricated story” and “unsubstantiated allegations, unsubstantiated facts, speculation and a misleading complaint.”
According to The Times of India, the sisters have said in their reply, through their defender Madhav Thorat, that Rhea “deliberately concealed” a letter that she herself had written on 14 September to the police in which she “admitted that she did not you can register an FIR “. under section 306 (instigation to suicide) IPC “.
On Tuesday, Mumbai police said they had a duty to investigate the sisters. The force made the acknowledgment on Monday in an affidavit in Superior Court, seeking the dismissal of the petition filed by Priyanka and Meetu to annul the FIR filed against him for alleged falsification and manufacture of a prescription for his brother, PTI reported .
The sisters said in their reply that the FIR was presented “maliciously” to “take revenge” and harass them due to a “personal grudge” by making “absurd allegations”.

Rhea has been accused by Sushant’s father in an FIR of instigating the actor’s suicide and embezzling his funds, among other crimes. Rhea spent nearly a month in jail on drug-related charges. Sushant was found dead in his Bandra home on June 14.
