A video featuring the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput together with his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has appeared online, showing them smoking what are known as rolled cigarettes. In the video, it appears that Sushant is with close friends and relaxing at home. Sing a devotional song while smoking. Rhea is also seen smoking in the video.
The authenticity of the video must be established. At one point, one of the people present asks Sushant, “Is this Charas?” To this, Sushant says that it is VFX, referring to the technology applied in film entertainment to create visual special effects. Rhea joins in and says it’s a rolled cigarette.
The person making the video says these are herb sticks, after which Sushant jokes again and mentions that it’s VFX. In the video, Rhea says “I love you”. To this, Sushant responds: “I hope so.”
In the video, posted by Zee News according to a report from india.com, Sushant is singing a devotional song and appears to be drunk. The video also features his roommates, Samuel Haokip, who is seen playing guitar, and Siddharth Pithani, who also plays an instrument.
On June 14, Sushant was found dead at his home in Mumbai. At the time, the Mumbai police concluded that it was a suicide case and investigated the reasons that could have caused Sushant to end his life. Now, his death is being investigated by CBI, the Narcotics Control Office (NCB) and the Directorate of Enforcement (ED).
Earlier on Friday, a Mumbai Special Court rejected the bail requests of actress Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and four other defendants in a drug-related case brought by the Office of Narcotics Control, as part of a investigation into Sushant’s death.
