Singh Rajput. The lawyer has opposed the conclusions of the panel and has asked that a new one be constituted.

The AIIMS medical panel called Sushant’s death “a case of hanging and death by suicide.” In a report submitted to the CBI on Sept. 29, the six-member team of forensic doctors said there were “ no injuries to the body other than hanging ” nor was the “ presence of any sedative material detected, ” dismissing allegations of strangulation and poisoning.
