Sushant Singh Rajput death: AIIMS doctor alleges actor’s photos indicate death by strangulation, lawyer claims

Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer, Vikas Singh, claimed on Friday that a doctor, who is part of the AIIMS team, had told him “long ago” that photos of Rajput sent by the lawyer indicated that he was allegedly involved. death by strangulation, not suicide.

The lead defender took to Twitter saying he was becoming “frustrated” by the delay in CBI reaching a decision in the case.

“Frustrated by the delay in which CBI made the decision to turn the complicity in suicide into Murder of SSR (Sushant Singh Rajput).

“The doctor who is part of the AIIMS team had told me a long time ago that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it was death by strangulation and not suicide,” Singh tweeted.

Rajput, 34, was found hanging in his apartment in the Bandra suburbs on June 14, after which the Mumbai police had filed an Accidental Death Report (ADR).

On July 25, Rajput’s father, KK Singh, lodged a complaint about the matter with the Patna police against Rhea Chakraborty, her parents Indrajit and Sandhya, her brother Showik, the then manager of the actor Shruti Modi and the manager of the Samuel Miranda house.

He accused them of cheating and inciting the suicide of their children. He also claimed that the defendants had withdrawn 15 million rupees from his son’s bank accounts.

Based on this accusation, the Enforcement Directorate is investigating money laundering charges.

The FIR submitted by the Patna police was later transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is investigating the angle of the drugs in the case.
