Disha Salian, a former celebrity manager for Sushant Singh Rajput, jumped to death from his apartment on June 8, almost a week before Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic disappearance. According to the latest Times Now report, Sushant contacted a lawyer after Disha’s death. And it was the same day that Sushant’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, left home. However, the reason behind this remains unclear. Earlier, Mumbai police reportedly stated that in his last days Sushant was Googling himself which also included the illness he was going through.
Reports also abounded that Sushant allegedly found articles that mentioned her name along with Disha Salian. He had also erased hard drives with the help of his roommate Siddharth Pithani, where the famous deceased manager was mentioned. After a cold war between the Mumbai and Bihar police, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took over the case. Along with them, the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) is also investigating the money laundering angle in the case after Sushant’s father accused Rhea Chakraborty of money laundering.
Apart from these, the Bureau of Narcotics Control is also investigating the angle of drug abuse in the case. Rhea was questioned by the NCB team for two consecutive days there.
