Sushant Singh Rajput case: What awaits the CBI investigation after the AIIMS panel rules out the murder angle? | Hindi Movie News

Since the Forensic Medical Board of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has ruled out any murder angle in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in its report, CBI could face some legal challenges while investigating the case.

Lawyer Mohammad Musabbir Ansari, practicing at the Delhi High Court, shed light on an important point when speaking to an entertainment portal. According to him, the court will not convict a suspect unless his name is mentioned in any suicide note. If there is any evidence of his past activities and behavior that indicates the charges brought in court, then only the suspect can be convicted.

Ansari also believes in this case, the IWC will have to look for any past complaints filed by Sushant or her family against the accused actor Rhea Chakraborty. They should also gather evidence such as emails, WhatsApp chats, or phone conversations that may indicate foul play. The defender further suggests that in the case of people suffering from mental health problems, the suspects cannot be directly blamed.

As the AIIMS panel already ruled out the angle of the murder, now the main focus of the investigation is the exact reasons and the identification of those who led Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide.

Meanwhile, Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, started the hashtag “#AllEyesOnCBI” on Twitter after the AIIMS panel report was published. The hashtag is now trending on social media, while the Bollywood actor’s fans demand justice in the case of the late actor’s death.
