Sushant Singh Rajput case: “Shruti Modi never showed SSR bank statements when he requested them,” says late actor’s accountant to CBI | Hindi Movie News

The Enforcement Directorate, which is currently dealing with the possible “money laundering” angle in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, recently recorded the statement of the actor’s business partner, Varun Mathur, and the accountant, Rajat Mewati.

Now, according to Times Now reports, Rajat has reportedly made a new disclosure in his statement as he alleged that Shruti Modi failed to show Sushant the bank statements in March when the actor had asked for them. Rajat further claimed that the bank statements were never shown to the actor as Shruti had called Rhea Chakraborty to resolve the matter.

Meanwhile, Times Now also accessed a new WhatsApp chat exchanged between Sushant and his bank manager ”on May 21, where the former wrote:“ Hello Harsh, I am Sushant Rajput. Please call when you can. “To this, Harsh replied” Hello, I will need your signature on the form. To which email should I send the form? ”. Although there is still no confirmation of what exactly was the change that the actor wanted in his finances, ED is questioning several people in this case.

On the other hand, on Wednesday, the CBI team would have questioned Rhea Chakraborty’s father, Indrajit, to examine the influence of Chakraborty on Sushant’s life and finances.
