Today, the Office of Narcotics Control had served a subpoena on Rhea Chakraborty’s brother, Showik Chakraborty, and Samuel Miranda for their alleged connection in the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. Both suspects were registered under NDPS after a raid session at their respective residences.

According to the latest Times Now updates, Samuel Miranda has now confessed to the NCB about ‘acquired drugs’ for the late actor’s home. However, there is no information yet on who you have been purchasing these drugs for.

Reportedly, first, both Showik and Samuel were questioned individually, followed by cross-questioning. Sources also add that Showik has so far denied the allegations. Chakraborty will most likely be questioned further about Rhea Chakraborty’s involvement in the alleged drug link in the case.

Previously, the investigation team had recovered the WhatsaApp chats exchanged between Rhea and Samuel where they both talked about drugs. However, according to Rhea’s attorney, Satish Maneshinde’s official statement, the actress has never used drugs in her life and is ready for a blood test at any time.
