According to Times Now, the NCB is strengthening its team to investigate A-list B’town actors after the “initials” and names of Bollywood’s top five stars in the drug case have been revealed. The report indicates that 3 new officers have been recruited from Bhubaneshwar, Ahmedabad and Guwahati so that they can expand the team in Mumbai. According to the report, former SSR manager Shruti Modi and Jaya Saha were summoned by the agency.

Meanwhile, earlier in the day, the channel revealed the initials of five celebrities, namely K, D, S, N, and J, who were mentioned in said chats that are under scrutiny by NCB.
A leading OCN source related to the investigation confirmed in a statement to IANS: “This week, we will send subpoenas to Sara, Shraddha and several others for questioning.”
