The State Human Rights Commission has delivered good news to Mumbai police and Cooper Hospital authorities for Rhea Chakraborty’s entry into the morgue, Times Now reported. The hospital was under the Maharashtra SHRC scanner as to why Rhea was allowed to enter the morgue where Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was kept.

The SHRC had ordered the police and civic authorities to provide a detailed explanation. According to the Times Now report, Rhea was given 45-minute access to the morgue. The SHRC stated that they have so far found no discrepancies after detailed investigation. The late actor’s family had previously alleged that he allowed Rhea to go there and be in the morgue for 45 minutes.

The notice was sent to the Mumbai Police and the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation after the videos went viral on social media and television. The SHRC had received several complaints in the matter after which it initiated the suo moto action.

Meanwhile, Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty are expected to file a request for bail with the Superior Court with an urgent hearing request so that the matter can be heard tomorrow.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) asked Jaya Saha and Shruti Modi, former business managers of the late actor, to appear before him on Wednesday.
