Sushant Singh Rajput case: AIIMS report rules out murder theories, CBI to continue investigating “complicity for suicide” | Hindi Movie News

AIIMS, in its report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), dismissed the theories of poisoning and strangulation raised by Sushant Singh Rajput’s family and lawyer. The CBI will now investigate the original charge of ‘complicity in suicide’ that was included by the Bihar police. According to a report on a news portal, the AIIMS Panel completed the examination and closed the file after giving a conclusive medical-legal opinion in this case and the CBI is corroborating the report with its investigation. In his opinion, the AIIMS report has ruled out all theories of poisoning and strangulation. The report further indicated that the CBI is likely to continue its investigation into “complicity in suicide”, the charge originally listed by the Bihar police.

A source from the agency told the news portal that all aspects, including the angle of the murder, are being analyzed. However, so far, no evidence has emerged to show that it is a murder case. The report also added that if during the course of the investigation they obtain any evidence, the murder charge will be added. For now, complicity in suicide and other charges in the FIR are being investigated.

Although the initial Mumbai hospital autopsy report clearly indicated that the actor’s death was due to suicide, speculation and justice campaigns on social media and allegations by Sushant Singh Rajput’s family raised doubts that became part of a general CBI investigation.
