After the famous “Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo Re”, Shah Rukh Khan’s IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) has a new anthem for fans entitled “Laphao”. This is the first time fans have seen SRK appear on screen after his 2018 film Zero.
Composed and written by Badshah, the music video features some great moments from the IPL tournament, reactions from fans, and of course Shah Rukh.

The music video sends the message that this year, KKR requests all of their fans to show love for their team with social distancing in mind.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, IPL 2020 is taking place in the United Arab Emirates with no stadium audience. Shah Rukh Khan, however, is in the United Arab Emirates supporting his Kolkata Knight Riders team.
Shah Rukh Khan said in a statement: “I have been attending the games and I really miss the energy of our Toofani fans. Since we have to show our love for each other at the door this year, we created a fan anthem that captures the emotions of all of our fans in an apt way and was even released by them today. It was great fun interacting with the team today, and we look forward to continuing to make our fans proud. ”
