ABU DHABI: Jason holderIt’s a complete show and Kane williamsonSolid undefeated fifty helped Hyderabad sunrises hit Royal Challengers Bangalore for six wickets in the IPL Eliminator on Friday.
Holder first led SRH’s brilliant 3-for-25 bowling effort to restrict the heavy hitting RCB to a modest 131-for-seven before he and Williamson drove SRH past the target with two balls to spare.

Williamson (50 not out of 44) played a compound knock and along with Holder (24 not out of 20) shared 65 runs for the fifth straight wicket to bring SRH home after early setbacks.
SRH will play Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 2 on Sunday for a place in the final, while RCB was eliminated from the tournament.
SRH didn’t get off to the best start losing Sreevats Goswami early. Captain David Warner (17) did not last long, advancing one by Villiers AB behind the stumps Mohammed siraj.

Manish Pandey (24) and Priyam Garg (7) were also not up to the task, as they set off in quick succession.
But then Williamson and Holder got together and played it smart. They initially kept SRH on the hunt before accelerating towards the end to bring his side home.
Needing nine runs in the last over Navdeep Saini, Holder hit two limits to seal the victory.

Earlier, Holder led SRH’s bowling attack with impressive figures of three out of 25 and was ably supported by T Natarajan (2/33) as RCB found things difficult early on.
AB de Villiers (56 of 43) scored a timely half-century to rescue RCB from a horrible start and push the team past the 120-run mark.
RCB witnessed a horrendous start in their innings as they lost two wickets for 15 runs within four overs after being sent to bat.

Pattern virat Kohli (6), who opened the innings alongside Devdutt Padikkal (1), was the first out, hitting one of the injured Wriddhiman Saha replacement Sreevats Goswami off Holder on the side of the leg.
Holder later picked up his second victim when Padikkal pulled one out of Priyam Garg inside the circle as RCB plunged to 15 for two.
Aaron Finch (32 of 30), who replaced Josh Philippe, and de Villiers then tried to stabilize innings with a 41-run third wicket position.
But two shots in the 11th surpassed RCB’s effort.
First, Finch left, caught by Abdul Samad in front of Shahbaz Nadeem (1/30) and then a ball later, Moeen Ali was caught in the area by a direct hit from Rashid Khan.
Shivam Dube (8) did not help the cause on his side, as did Washington Sundar (5).
In the middle, De Villiers raised his 50 of 39 balls with a limit off Holder, but was soon sent packing for a Natarajan jewel of a yorker when RCB lost his last hope.
