SRH Finish early innings 142-4

IPL 2020 LIVE Score, KKR vs SRH Today's match in Abu Dhabi: SRH finishes first innings 142-4

IPL 2020 Live Score, Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad Live Updates – IPL 2020 SRH Live Score 142-4: SRH managed to get 9 runs, but a total of 142 feels below average at this track. KKR will be the more confident of the two sides going into halftime.

Advance: Both Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) would seek a better result when they meet in Game 8 of the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) in Abu Dhabi on September 26, Saturday. KKR was overtaken by MI in the same spot, while RCB struggled to record a remarkable victory against SRH in Dubai. Both teams would not want to lose two in a row.

Kolkata Knight Riders

KKR would expect at least one from Shubman Gill or Sunil Narine to shoot at the top; both were fired by single digits against MI. That would ease the pressure on the middle order. There is a chance that Eoin Morgan will be pushed to number 4 and Andre Russell to 5. That would mean Nitish Rana is used as a float.

Pat Cummins went for 49 in his 3 overs against MI – KKR would hope that he was unique and that the world class bowler would find his mojo soon in the tournament. Kuldeep Yadav’s form in the IPL remains a major concern. He went for 39 in his 4 overs in Abu Dhabi without picking a wicket. He had a nightmare season last year with just 4 wickets from 9 games also above 8.5 and above.

Hyderabad sunrises

SRHs are very heavy and rely heavily on their Numbers 1-3 to shoot early – at least two from Jonny Bairstow, David Warner and Manish Pandey have to act in almost every match as the middle order lacks depth or experience. It is not yet known when Kane Williamson will be back in shape; SRH would be desperate to have him back to anchor his batting lineup.

With Mitchell Marsh also out of the tournament due to injury and Jason Holder in quarantine for the next few days, SRH will desperately miss the services of a world-class all-rounder in the lower order.

Mohammad Nabi is more likely to fill the void against KKR unless management wants to give the hard-hitting Fabian Allen, who has a 164.89 strike rate across all of T20 cricket, a chance to show his mettle.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar would lead the pace attack, while Rashid Khan would be crucial in keeping the opposition hitters in the middle at bay.

Head to head:

10 (KKR) – 7 (SRH) (17 games)

Planned XI

Sunrisers Hyderabad – David Warner (Captain), Jonny Bairstow (week), Manish Pandey, Priyam Garg, Vijay Shankar, Abhishek Sharma, Rashid Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammad Nabi, Sandeep Sharma, T Natarajan

Kolkata Horsemen: Shubman Gill, Sunil Narine, Dinesh Karthik (Captain & wk), Eoin Morgan, Andre Russell, Nitish Rana, Nikhil Naik, Pat Cummins, Shivam Mavi, Kuldeep Yadav, Sandeep Warrier
