Singing legend SP Balasubrahmanyam, who is credited with 40,000 songs in 16 Indian languages, breathed his last on September 25 after a protracted battle against the coronavirus.
The disappearance of SPB was a blow to millions of fans across the country, who rushed to pay tribute to the late singer.
Videos of his melodious songs began to circulate on the Internet as people traveled the memory path. Soon after, an old video of SPB resurfaced on social media, showing the contagious energy he possessed even when he wasn’t singing or recording a song in the studio.
