Famous singer Sonu Nigam found himself stranded in Dubai when India entered a complete blockade phase to help combat the spread of the new coronavirus.

But staying away from the homeland has not prevented the singer from participating in acts of solidarity, such as the lighting of the diya as proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In addition to that, he has been sharing tips for enjoying the lockout period through social media.

In his latest Instagram video record, Nigam shared some cleaning tips and sang a coronavirus-themed version of Bollywood’s hit number “Main Hoon Na”.

Wearing blue sunglasses and a khakhi shirt, Nigam appeared in the video. Jokes, jokes, funny comedies and brilliant time-specific lyrics were part of the video.

Sharing some “akhand satya” (universal truths), Nigam said that while dusting, one has to go forward, whereas when one mops, movement involves going backwards.

Additionally, he urged people not to stick to news updates all day; and advised everyone to learn new things daily so that the block can be taken in a positive way.

Then, the playing singer sat down at his piano to present his new version of “Main Hoon Na”. While the hilarious lyrics coincided with our current condition, the last lines of the song extended support to deal with the crisis.

“Ghar pe baithe ho to, udaas na ho naa

Jeetenge hum, jayega haar coronaaaa ”.

(If you are sitting at home, do not be sad. We will come out of this victory, the crown will be defeated)
