Sadly, the last Surya Grahan of the year will not be visible in India, however there are ways through which you can safely observe the phenomenon from your homes. According to Indian schedules, the 2020 solar eclipse will start at 7:30 pm and continue until 12:23 am Experts have said that the surya grahan will be best visible at 8:02 am and will be at its peak. at 9:43 am.
Those outside of India should note that the 2020 solar eclipse will only be visible in South American countries like Chile and Argentina, along with Antarctica, Southwest Africa, and parts of the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans.

Seeing the solar eclipse with the naked eye can damage your vision. Therefore, it is recommended to use proper viewing equipment and proper techniques to view the surya grahan. NASA has said that you should wear special solar filters or ‘eclipse glasses’ to protect your eyes while watching the solar eclipse.
According to the American Automobile Association (AAA), people are also not advised to drive during the phenomenon. If you must drive, you should keep your vehicle’s lights on.
Although it is tempting to use a camera to capture the impressive solar eclipse, it is advisable to use a telescope or binoculars to get a closer look.
