The report, prepared by forensic experts after examining the victim, states that the doctors found no semen. One of the doctors confirmed the use of force and stated: “Opinions on penetration and intercourse are subject to availability pending reports from the FSL.”

Doctors observed that the girl was unconscious at the time of the incident. “Pain during or after the incident” is also mentioned in that report. The report, which has been signed by the assistant professor of the forensic department, Dr. Faiz Ahmed, states that the girl had allegedly sexual assault by four men in her statement.

Gagged, strangled by defendant

According to details provided by the 19-year-old, she had been “gagged” and “strangled” with her dupatta. The victim had also told doctors that the defendants had verbally threatened to kill her. The times of India reported. At the time of questioning, the girl had named four men: Sandeep, Ramu, Love Kush and Ravi as defendants.

MF Huda, chairman of the department of neurosurgery, had written to the emergency doctor informing him that the girl was in critical condition and had asked him to organize “a magistrate’s declaration for death”.

The girl registered her statement with a magistrate on September 22, after which, her samples were sent to the forensic science laboratory for examination.

The Agra FSL report, however, maintains that the girl was not raped. ADG (law and order) Prashant Kumar had said with reference to the FSL report: “According to the report, no semen was found in the viscera sample.” According to the post-mortem report, the girl’s death was caused by the assault.
