Actor Shilpa Shetty has shared a fun adaptation of Mahabharat directly from his home with his son Viaan playing the role of Naarad muni. Actor and husband Raj Kundra, along with Viaan, portrayed his version of Mahabharat, which caused the couple to fight over a misunderstanding created by the 7-year-old boy.

Shilpa posted the video on Instagram and wrote in the caption: “Our modern Mahabharat. Daddyji aur Mummyji ke haya jung ched ke humaare Bete ji ne domingo ka funda badal diya! Isiliye, our modern Mahabharat has modern problems and shastra. #SondaysBeLike Kaisa laga yeh yudh aapko? #sundaysbelike #sonday #mahabharat #fun #gratitude #love #laughs “.

The video begins with Viaan visiting Raj, who is busy eating potato chips, and complains to him about Shilpa, claiming that she has called Raj “mota (fat)”. The young man then visits Shilpa, who is busy reading a book on yoga, and tells her how Raj has called her “lazy”. The two rage and go out with their weapons (plastic toy pistols) to confront each other on the battlefield. The well-edited video even shows the collision of plastic bullets just like it is shown on the television show, Mahabharat. However, they soon realize that they have been played and it is Naarad (Viaan) who has created the misunderstanding between them. As they run to catch the real culprit, Viaan runs for his life at the end of the video.

Shilpa’s sister Shamita reacted to the video: “Hahahaha, soooo! Our baby viannniiiii” along with some giggling emojis. The post received over 1.1 million views in a few hours.

Shilpa had previously shared a video of how her son plays around her during his partner training. It showed the 7-year-old boy slipping under his parents and jumping on them as they continue to perform various yoga exercises. She had said, “I really believe that the family that eats, prays, and exercises together … stays together!” Speaking of how the boy is having fun, he wrote in the caption: “Viaan, on the other hand, was happy to be jumping and using some of that accumulated energy. One morning well spent, this was it! I hope everyone stays at home and also in shape. “
