Abdul Rashid Shora, the estranged father of student activist Shehla Rashid, launched serious accusations against her on Monday, demanding that an investigation be launched into her NGOs and also accused her of having taken a large sum of money for joining politics in the Kashmir valley, an accusation denied by her.
Ms. Rashid called her father’s statement “absolutely disgusting and unsubstantiated” and said this was her reaction after a court banned her from entering their Srinagar home on November 17 in response to a complaint filed. by the family against him for domestic violence.
