A day after the conclusion of a meeting with Maharashtra The Chief Minister Of Uddhav Thackeray to discuss the current challenges caused by the COVID-19 crisis, Nationalist Congress Party (ncp) president Sharad Pawar on Wednesday proposed several measures to provide relief to several sections.

In a series of Tweets, Pawar demanded the formation of a study group to ensure that the process of education it is not interrupted.

He also said that the presence of the ministers of state and officials of the needs to be reinstated to build the public confidence about the situation in the state back to normal.

Maharashtra continues to be one of the worst affected states.

Pawar also said that the (novel) coronavirus are not deleted so soon. Therefore, there is a need to spread awareness among the people about health care.

Here are the suggestions Pawar made CM Uddhav Thackeray that are listed out in a series of tweets.

1) the Education

The next academic year will be delayed due to the situation of Covid-19 and safety lock. Some educational institutions are likely to collapse or close because of financial losses. A working group or committee should be appointed to take the appropriate measures to ensure that students, teachers, and educational institutions that are not prejudiced and the education process is not interrupted.

2) Industries

The government stressed the importance of starting industries in the state by the relaxation of conditions of imprisonment. However, the guidelines for the effective implementation of the same are not comprehensive enough. The factories are not in a position to resume state workers and out-of-state have migrated to the towns. We need to develop strategies to bring them back.

Previously several systems of incentives are operational for industries in backward and underdeveloped areas. In the same sense, the new policies to encourage industrial growth must be released in order to attract new investments in the state.

3) the Employment

New employment opportunities have emerged for unemployed people in Maharashtra. An action plan should be prepared on how to accommodate them in the industry.

4) go back to the track

Shops, offices, establishments in the private sector must be opened in a phased manner with total caution. The pace of work in the public and private ports appears to have declined. To increase imports, exports and inland shipping, consultations should be held with industrialists, businessmen, experts and officials in the field.

5) the Presence of Ministers and Officials

The presence of the ministers of state and officials of the needs to be reinstated to build the public confidence about the situation in the state back to normal. Appropriate instructions should be issued to ministers and officials to be present in their place of work.

6) Transportation

The closure has disrupted the transport services. We have to take appropriate measures to gradually restore transportation by road within the state and the plan for the resumption of air and rail services.

7) the Appeal of the precautions

I urge people to wear gloves, masks, disinfectants, wash your hands with soap once in a while to avoid that crown infection. It is my appeal to the Department of Information to spread the social awareness of the masses about the preventive measures for the Crown.
