The coronavirus-induced blockade is testing marriages, and Shahid Kapoor joked that his wife Mira Rajput is already tired of him. He came to his Instagram account to share a funny video in which he makes an old man’s voice and says, “It’s time for quarantine. Great fun!”
“Quarantining phase 4 will be like… @ Mira.kapoor can no longer deal with me,” Shahid wrote in his caption. Mira commented with a blank-eyed emoji and wrote, “You actually posted this ridiculous video.” His Jersey co-star Mrunal Thakur and various fans threw emojis of laughter in the post.
Shahid is currently in quarantine with Mira and her children, Misha and Zain. In a recent interactive session with fans on Twitter, the actor revealed that he is in charge of washing the utensils at home during the lockdown. “Mere bartan ka hai department. Tumhara (my department is doing the dishes, what’s yours)?” He said to a fanatic, who asked him if he was helping with the housework.

When asked for advice on staying positive during the shutdown, Shahid said, “Make a schedule for the structure. Have some goals. Do things you didn’t have time for. Enjoy family time. That’s the best part. “He also talked about his next release, Jersey, and said he was” very happy “with the way the movie had evolved so far.” Just doing our best to make a good movie. But I’m very happy with what we have done so far. Enjoying the trip and the team very much, “he wrote.
Jersey is a remake of Gowtam Tinnanuri’s hit telugu hit of the same name, and will have Shahid playing cricket at age 30, who returns to the sport for the sake of his family. The film, which also stars Pankaj Kapur and Mrunal Thakur, will be released on August 28.
