Schools in Noida, Greater Noida may charge fees for the 2020-21 academic year, but cannot increase the same, said the Gautam Buddh Nagar district administration. GB Nagar DM issued various guidelines for schools in GB Nagar, Noida and Greater Noida on Thursday.
“Schools in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district may charge the fee for the 2020-21 academic year but no school will increase the fee for the 2020-21 academic year. The Uttar Pradesh government has waived transportation fees during the period of schools are closed / even closed, “according to a notice issued by district administration.

10) What penalty can be imposed for breach of orders?
Clarification: a) First-time sanctions – financial punishment up to ₹one lakh, with reimbursement of the excess fee collected, from a student at the notified fee,
b) Sanctions for the second time: financial punishment of ₹five financial lakh, with the reimbursement of the excess of the received rate.
c) Third time sanctions: withdrawal of the recognition / affiliation to the board in question, in addition to the withdrawal of the development fund permit for a determined period as decided by the same.
