Sara Ali Khan and Rhea Chakraborty frequently partied at Sushant Singh Rajput’s Lonavala farm, Raees, the framhouse’s house manager, told India Today’s Special Investigation Team, corroborating some of the claims of a local boatman.
In his statement to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), the ferryman, Jagdish Das, claimed that the scenic spot was a party destination for Rajputs, their core crew, and Bollywood friends such as Rhea Chakraborty, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor , and arrested Zaid Vilatra, suspected of drug trafficking, among others.
He also claimed that ganja and liquor were common at his island parties. An escapist haven dotted with lakes, cliffs, dams, islands and caves, Lonavala is now on the NCB’s radar in relation to the angle of drugs in the Rajput death case.

Raees, a manager of the late actor’s farm since September 2018, insisted that the place and its picturesque surroundings were frequented by the Rajput core team, as well as Rhea Chakraborty and Sara Ali Khan.
The manager indicated that smoking papers were also ordered for his parties, but he would not know what they were used for.
According to Raees, Rajputs visited this country house once or twice a week before the closure was enforced.
“Who else would accompany him?” The India Today reporter asked.
“Initially it was Sara Ali Khan who was accompanying him. Then Rhea also began to arrive. He would have his entire team with him,” said the coach.
According to Raees, Chakraborty’s parents and brother, Showik Chakraborty, celebrated his birthday last year in July at the farm.
“The parties were held on the island. Cigarette papers used to come, but I don’t know why. It would be mentioned on the list. I have no idea what,” said the farm manager.
The guests, he added, would be served expensive vodka drinks.

Raees, however, added that the actor wanted to spend the period of confinement at the farm, but abandoned the plans.
The manager said he had filled the lodge with food by April 17 in the hope that the Rajput would arrive.
“But then the manager of the actor’s home, Samuel Miranda, called to report that the visit had been canceled,” Raees said. “The Dipesh Sawant Chamber staff also called to say that a van full of supplies be sent to Rajput’s home in Bandra,” he added.
