Star couple and street drug dealer arrested
Meanwhile, CCB detectives questioned Sandalwood’s star couple, Diganth and Aindrita Ray, in connection with the Sandalwood drug case on Wednesday and also arrested a drug dealer, who used to supply drugs to celebrity parties.
Joint Police (Crime) Commissioner Sandeep Patil said the CCB had questioned Diganth and Aindrita for more than four hours and that they would be called in for further questioning at a later date.
Meanwhile, the police also arrested Benald Udenna, an African citizen, and confiscated 12 grams of cocaine from them. During the investigation, police found information that three people, Blackie, Coke and John, were supplying drugs to the parties. However, during the investigation, it was revealed that Benald was using three mobile phones with different names and was supplying drugs.
