The Egyptian missed the win over Leicester after a positive coronavirus test while on international duty, but has returned to play in the Champions League.
Liverpool will welcome Mohamed Salah for their Champions League clash with Atalanta on Wednesday night.
The Reds’ top scorer is available after missing Sunday’s Premier League victory over Leicester following a positive test for coronavirus while on international service with Egypt.
Jurgen Klopp confirmed on Tuesday that the 28-year-old had tested negative and was able to return to full training with the Liverpool team in Kirkby.
Salah could now return directly to the starting eleven as the English champions look to secure progression to the knockout stages of the Champions League, which they can achieve with a win at Anfield on Wednesday night.

Klopp told reporters: “Mo trained with the team yesterday and he looked really good. All tests were negative, so now if nothing changes, it is available, which is good.
“Now we have to see what we do, because he was in quarantine until three days ago.”
Liverpool, however, will not have a large number of first teams for the match against the Serie A team.
Captain Jordan Henderson (groin) will miss, as will defender Trent Alexander-Arnold (calf).
Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez will of course be out of the game in the long run with knee injuries, while it seems unlikely that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain or Thiago Alcantara will be ready to return for this game.
Additionally, Naby Keita suffered a hamstring problem against Leicester, while Xherdan Shaqiri was completely missed due to unspecified muscle soreness. Neither is expected to be part of Klopp’s squad against Atalanta.
“All the rest, no news,” Klopp said. “One looks closer, the other not so much, that’s the situation. We will see who is available.
“I don’t want to talk about it too much because I have no idea who Atalanta can bring, so why should we give them some kind of information?”
Liverpool won 5-0 when the teams met in Bergamo earlier this month, but Klopp expects a more difficult assignment in Merseyside.
“Atalanta would be a threat without a point to prove, to be honest,” he said. “The night at Atalanta was really special, we played exceptionally well and almost everything went well. Things came together and we won the game the way we won it.
“We know that this match has nothing to do with tomorrow night’s match. We know that we have to be ready again. Atalanta is a top team with a special way of playing. We did well in Atalanta, but we have to do well again or we will have problems.
“I expect trouble, to be honest, because it always is. But we try to work on solutions in the short period of time that we have ”.
He added: “Everything is on the table, it is clear that if we win some problems will be solved. But we have to play, be prepared to work very, very hard against them.
“This men’s marking system is really difficult to play, which is why they have been so successful in recent years. They will not change, they will play similarly. We’ll see who we can align with tomorrow and try to make the most of the situation. “
