Saif Ali Khan ‘can’t wait’ to become a father again, says he wants to settle in Pataudi Palace with Kareena and her children

Actor Saif Ali Khan has said that he can imagine settling in his ancestral home, the Pataudi Palace, with his family. Saif and his wife, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, have a son, Taimur, with another on the way.

In an interview, Saif said that Taimur is now old enough not to be afraid of nature, and he has a lot of fun in the palace chasing insects and bees.

When asked if he might one day settle in the palace, Saif told the Mumbai Mirror in an interview: “I can, and it would be a good life. I’d garden, swim, cook, read, hang out with family, and invite some friends from time to time. It’s what I’ve been doing the longest. And we have an apartment in Mumbai, so we can fly there to work. We just need some good schools around. ”

The actor said that through his family trust, he has launched some initiatives to benefit the local community. “(The Pataudi Trust) already supports some charitable initiatives like education for girls and acid attack survivors. My mother and I are working to develop it more, doing more work for the people who live around it, ”he said.

On becoming a father again, the actor said he ‘can’t wait. He said, “This is the best age to raise children. When you are young, you care more about yourself, your career, but now, when you are more settled, you have a lot of time and patience for them in addition to love. And for me there is nothing better than waking up in my country house and spending a Sunday reading in a big bed, surrounded by my wife, my children and my dogs ”.

On the reported price of 800 million rupees, he said it was a “massive exaggeration”.
