Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, has reacted to lawyer Vikas Singh’s claim that a doctor told her that Sushant Singh Rajput was strangled to death after looking at his photos. Satish said making statements about the nature of death “on the basis of photographs” is dangerous.
Satish Maneshinde said in a statement on Saturday: “The disclosure of a finding by an AIIMS doctor in the team led by Dr. Gupta in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, based on photographs, is a trend dangerous. To keep the investigation impartial, CBI must constitute a new Medical Board. “
He also claimed that investigative agencies are under pressure to reach a predetermined result amid the Bihar elections. “The agencies are being pressured to reach a predetermined result for obvious reasons on the eve of the Bihar elections. We have seen DGP Pandey’s VRS in development a few days ago. There should be no repetition of such steps, ”he said.
Vikas Singh, who is the attorney appointed by Sushant’s father, KK Singh, recently said: “The family feels that the investigation is moving in a different direction. All attention is being diverted to the drug case. The AIIMS doctor told me that Sushant’s death was by strangulation ”.
Expressing disappointment at the shift in focus, he added: “Why is CBI turning this into aiding and abetting? The investigation is not on the right track. I will not say that I am not happy with CBI, but what worries me is the lack of importance that the case is taking on. The AIIMS forensic response must be made public as to what will satisfy the family. “

However, Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the forensic team panel at the Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) that conducted an examination of Sushant’s death, told Times Now: “No conclusion can be reached or Concluding opinion on the homicide or suicide by seeing the ligature marks and scene of the event. It is difficult for doctors and almost impossible for people in general, only the discretion of the internal liaison and forensic interpretation is needed. “
