Rhea Chakraborty’s legal custody was extended until October 6 after she was arrested on September 8 by the Office of Narcotics Control. The actress was questioned for three days before the NCB made the arrests. After her bail bond hearing was delayed one day due to heavy rains, in her guilty plea, Rhea Chakraborty has stated that Sushant Singh Rajput doubted her sisters’ motives, thinking they were only looking for her money.
Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer, Satis Manishinde, reportedly states in the guilty plea request: “Sushant had routinely contacted her family to inform them of her bouts of depression and other problems, but family members Sushant’s didn’t seem too concerned about it. Finally, in the third week of November 2019, her three sisters arrived in Mumbai and informed her that they would be taking her to Chandigarh for further treatment. The Applicant (Rhea Chakraborty) did not interfere with her decision and was indeed relieved to see that her family members finally took an interest in her well-being and health. However, on November 26, 2019, Sushant called the Applicant and informed her that she would not be traveling to Chandigarh with her sisters as she doubted her motives and felt that they were only looking for her money. That same night, the three sisters left Sushant alone at the peak of his depression. “
