In her 47-page bail request to Bombay High Court, Rhea Chakraborty revealed that there were no female officers present while she was being questioned by the Nacotocs Control Office (NCB). Rhea is currently in judicial custody and will remain there until October 6. The NCB arrested her on September 8 for allegedly purchasing drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput.
Rhea even names the male officers who questioned her. Rhea further added that she did not have access to any legal advice during her questioning.

Rhea’s claim on her bail request is a strict violation of her legal rights. Furthermore, Rhea stated that her life would be in “grave risk if she was wrongly detained in judicial custody”. Citing cases in which she received “hundreds of death and rape threats” in recent months, Rhea requested that her request for bail be expedited.
Rhea also revealed in her bail request that Sushant Singh Rajput “used her, her brother Showik [Chakraborty] and members of his household staff to facilitate his own drug addiction while ensuring that he does not leave a paper trail of his own in the form of any electronic evidence. “
Rhea, who is currently in judicial custody at Byculla Jail, has applied for bail with the Bombay HC. The bond statement was supposed to be heard today, however, due to heavy rains in the city, the courts have declared a holiday and the hearing has been rescheduled for tomorrow, September 24.
