The NCB said Tuesday that it did not want custody of Rhea Chakraborty, having questioned her for three days.
After presenting it to the additional chief judicial magistrate via video link on Tuesday, the NCB told the court that it confronted all the other defendants, including Showik Chakraborty, during questioning and fact-checking their statements.
The agency claimed that the actress disclosed her involvement in the procurement of Rajput drugs and related financial transactions and also her instructions to co-defendants Miranda, Sawant and Showik Chakraborty. “It is therefore clear from her statement that Rhea is an active member of the drug syndicate related to drug supplies,” the agency said.

The actress was recently questioned by a CBI investigation team, as she is the main defendant in the complicity suicide case brought by Rajput’s father, and also questioned by the emergency department in a money laundering case.
