He added in the statement, “She was arrested in a bogus case without evidence by NCB. She was harassed by various agencies and she remained in custody for nearly a month until the Bombay High Court released her on bail. Rhea filed an FIR accusing the SSR sisters of administering her illegally obtained Medications without proper medical advice and based on a false prescription. He alleged that the cocktail of illegally administered drugs and medications could be the cause of his death.
