The arrest of actor Rhea Chakraborty by the Office of Narcotics Control in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput has provoked various reactions from Bollywood personalities. While many, like filmmaker Alankrita Shrivastava, have likened it to witch hunts, actor Kangana Ranaut has claimed that Rhea should “expose everyone now.”

Let’s dance wildly and applaud the fire, ”Alankrita wrote on Twitter. The tweet was shared by Shibani Dandekar, who previously defended the Rea.

Kangana, who has been at the forefront of demanding justice for Sushant, claiming he was ostracized by industry insiders, followed the same narrative. “I always said Rhea is just a scapegoat, he may be a little gold digger or drug addict, but now I should reveal the names of the masterminds behind Sushant’s epic downfall, who ended his career? Who took your movies from you? Who ruined his reputation and, to top it off, who gave him drugs? I should expose everyone now or else it will be too late, ”he told Pinkvilla.
NCB arrested Rhea after questioning her for three days in connection with drug-related allegations in the death case of her boyfriend and actor Sushant Singh Rajput. “Rhea has been arrested and due process for reporting to the family has been completed,” said NCB Deputy Director KPS Malhotra.
She was taken to a public hospital here for a medical checkup and COVID-19 testing shortly after her arrest. Rajput, 34, was found dead in his Bandra apartment here on June 14. Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend, 28, had denied in recent television interviews that she used drugs.
NCB recently arrested his brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant’s manager Samuel Miranda on drug supply charges. The late actor’s father had filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna, accusing her of driving his son to suicide and embezzling his money. Rhea has denied the allegations on several occasions.
