After a good start, the Rajasthan Royals (RR) lost three wickets in quick succession and were kicked back by the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) bowlers within the first six overs. Isuru Udana fired Steve Smith to give RCB the first teaser. Navdeep Saini scored his first delivery to end Jos Buttler’s mini lunge, who left after scoring 22 of 12 balls. Kohli featured Yuzvendra Chahal in the next over and delivered immediately, eliminating the dangerous Sanju Samson to further derail Rajasthan’s innings. Previously, Steve Smith won the draw and decided to bat against RCB in Abu Dhabi.
