Rohit said they did not start well and therefore could not return from there.

“It’s just that we couldn’t get off to a good start. I thought we could get those 200 with the hitting power we had, but we couldn’t pick up the momentum in the first 6-7 overs.”
He was confident that the match would continue until Pollard was present.
“We lost some ground there and we couldn’t go back. With Polly (Pollard) there, anything can happen and with ISHAN hitting the ball really well, we had a belief that we could get it,” he said.
