Rishi Kapoor’s daughter, Riddhima Kapoor, is in Mumbai with her mother Neetu and brother Ranbir Kapoor as they cry together, after Rishi’s death last week. Continuing with the flow of family photos, he has now shared a positive note in Instagram stories about how the two brothers will support their mother after their father’s passing.
Sharing the image, which shows Neetu with Riddhima and Ranbir on either side, she captioned it: “I supported you, Mom, your pillars.” The images show Ranbir and Neetu smiling at the camera as Riddhima watches.

On the day of Rishi’s death, Riddhima was in Delhi and was unable to reach Mumbai for the funeral. He did not obtain permission to fly to Mumbai due to the national blockade of COVID-19. She had shared a heartbreaking Instagram post along with a photo with her father. She wrote: “Dad, I love you, I will always love you. RIP, my strongest warrior. I will miss you every day. I will miss your FaceTime calls every day. I wish I could be there to say goodbye! Until we see Dad again, I love you, your Mushk forever.
She finally traveled to Mumbai by road with her husband Bharat Sahni and daughter Samara and was able to attend Rishi’s private prayer meeting at home and the ashes of his ashes on Sunday.

Since then, he has been sharing happy memories of the Kapoor family on Instagram. A few days ago, he shared a couple of monochrome photos: one of Rishi holding his mother, the hand of the late Krishna Raj Kapoor as he danced. Captioning the image, Riddhima wrote: “Reunited with his favorite person.” The other image was from Rishi and Neetu’s wedding celebrations.
