Chirag had tweeted last week: “For the past few days, Dad is receiving treatment in a hospital. Due to some sudden events on Saturday night, he had to have an operation on his heart late at night. the need, then possibly after a few weeks another operation could be performed. Thank you all for supporting me and my family in this hour of struggle. “
Paswan had also said earlier that he was finally admitted to a hospital after Chirag realized he was ill and insisted that he be treated. However, he did not reveal then what the disease was. Some media reports have stated that he suffers from multiple health problems, including pre-existing heart conditions. He had previously undergone heart-related procedures.
“I am happy that my son Chirag is with me at this time and is doing all possible service. Besides taking care of me, he also fulfills his responsibilities towards the party, ”he wrote on Twitter.
Along with the news about his personal health, Paswan also supported his son to accept the call for LJP alliances for the next Bihar assembly elections. “I stand firm with every decision of his. I am sure that with his youthful thinking, Chirag will take the party and Bihar to new heights, ”said Paswan.
