Rajnath Performs ‘Shastra Puja’, Says Army Will Not Allow Anyone To Take An Inch Of Land


Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said on Sunday that the Indian army will not allow anyone to take an inch of land from our country. Singh made these comments after performing ‘Shastra Puja’ at the Sukna War Memorial in Darjeeling, West Bengal. Also present was the Chief General of the Army Manoj Mukund Naravane.

“India wants the Indochina border tension to end and peace to be maintained. It is our goal, but nefarious activities sometimes take place. But I am absolutely sure that our army will not allow anyone to take or an inch of our land, “Rajnath Singh said while speaking to the media.

Singh also inspected a Tavor assault rifle at the Sukna War Memorial in Darjeeling.

“Regardless of what happened recently on the Indochina border in Ladakh and how our Jawans bravely responded, historians will write about the courage and courage of our Jawans in words of gold,” he added.

On Saturday, the Defense Minister, as part of his two-day visit to West Bengal, and Sikkim visited the 33rd Corps Headquarters at Sukna in Darjeeling and reviewed the situation and readiness in the Eastern Sector.

Singh also greeted the soldiers on the occasion of Dussehra.
